| Towards the
end of 2005, Anthony and David were invited, by Anna Rourke,
the Manager of ACE Centre North to a reception in the Houses
of Parliament to launch the Charity Champions awards and a month
later were invited to the awards ceremony. On both occasions
they met with Simon Hughes MP and at the awards ceremony they
met also Paul Burstow MP of the Liberal Democrats. |

In February 2006, Anthony helped along with others who use AAC systems presented a petition
organised by Scope concerning the lack of support to purchase communication aids
